Early-access privacy
When you join the Voxeval early-access list, we store your email address, the time you signed up, and the page where you submitted the form.
We use this information only to contact you about Voxeval early access. The waitlist does not store your IP address, user agent, or browser fingerprint, and we do not sell signup data.
Voice-agent audit requests
When you request a free voice-agent audit, we store the contact name and work email you provide, your company and website, industry and call-volume range, the authorized agent phone number, your description of the agent, the behaviors you selected, and the time of the request. We use these details only to review, run, deliver, and follow up on the requested audit.
You must confirm that the submitted number belongs to your organization and that you are authorized to have evaluation calls placed to it. We do not use the agent number for sales calls or sell audit-request data.
Anonymous website analytics
When analytics is configured, we use PostHog for anonymous cookieless analytics. Before enabling it, we configure the PostHog project to use Cookieless server hash mode and to disable IP capture. PostHog calculates a privacy-preserving daily server hash for audience measurement and discards the IP address rather than adding it to the stored event. The browser SDK does not create a person profile or store PostHog data in cookies, local storage, or session storage.
Page views and page leaves send only the site origin and a validated page path, with no query string, fragment, referrer, or campaign parameters. The SDK also supplies bounded delivery metadata required by PostHog, such as its project token, SDK version, cookieless marker, event timestamp, and generated event or page-view IDs. Person-profile processing is explicitly disabled.
The only custom analytics events and properties are:
early_access_cta_clicked: source_page and placement.waitlist_signup_succeeded: source_page only.solution_industry_selected: industry only.blog_article_opened: slug and category.blog_article_read: slug only.news_article_opened: slug and category.news_filter_selected: category only.visual_explainer_viewed: explainer only.
We do not send your email address, form values, or other text you enter to PostHog. We also remove query parameters, referrer, campaign values, and transcript text. Form submissions and input changes are not automatically captured, and session replay, performance capture, heatmaps, error capture, logs, and remote PostHog feature surfaces are disabled. A waitlist event is sent only after a successful non-honeypot response and contains only the form's approved source_page identifier.
Visual explainer events use only the fixed visual IDshomepage-evaluation, how-it-works, andplatform-markitecture. They do not collect pointer paths, scroll coordinates, page text, or form values.
You can block analytics with your browser's tracking protection, an ad blocker, or by blocking the PostHog host. The site and early-access form continue to work when analytics is blocked or not configured.
To request removal, reply to any Voxeval email and ask us to remove your address.
